Return and Refund Policy

Requests for returns, exchanges or refunds must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you need to return, exchange or refund your order, please read the following instructions carefully:

REASONS WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER

• You received the wrong item
  Like we said; We are all human right? Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please send a photo of the incorrect item they received to ciadoonofficial@gmail.com and one of the team will follow it up for you.
• You received the damaged item
  Please send us some couple photos about item(s) you received, in case it is damaged, we will immediately re-send the new one or refund to you.
• If you meet the above criteria please shoot us an email to ciadoonofficial@gmail.com.
  Also, we would love it if you could tell us the reason why you are returning your item for a refund. We strive to get you the best quality possible, so we’d love to learn from your experience to even up our quality some more.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF

• You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
• The item(s) have been washed.
• The item(s) have been altered in any way.
• The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault.
• The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.
• The item(s) were a Final Sale item, big sale periods such as: Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, Patrick’s Day, etc.. which are applied their coupon code.

CANCELATION REQUEST

You can cancel your order for any reason within 12 hours since the time your order is placed.
If you want to change your order to another item (with the same price only), please contact us and state clearly what you want to change to. They can be changed if they have not in production yet.
